Update of Calendar Year (CY) 2007 Transportation Cost Look Up Table Rates (DSCA 07-23) [SAMM E-Change 80]

Attached are updates to the Security Assistance Management Manual, Appendix 2, Table AP2.T3, CY07 Transportation Cost Look Up Table. These CY07 revised rates will be published as E-Change 80 to the Security Assistance Management Manual, Appendix 2, Table AP2.T3. Once the new rates have been updated in Defense Integrated Finance System, Defense Finance and Accounting, Denver Center is requested to process any necessary adjustments retroactive to the beginning of the CY.
