Iraq Eligible for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) - Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) E-Change 20 (DSCA Policy 04-35)
Effective immediately, SAMM Table C4.T2., Country and International Organization Codes and FMS Eligibility, is updated to show Iraq is eligible to receive defense articles and services under the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended, and the Arms Export Control Act, as authorized by Presidential Determination 2004-40, dated July 21,2004.
