This Appendix provides a listing of security assistance (SA) and security cooperation (SC) Programs to include program description, guidance and restrictions, key stakeholders, planning, congressional notification requirements, execution, reporting, authorities and appropriations, and additional information as applicable to the specific program. This Appendix is meant to be a supplement to Chapter 11 and programs will be added, updated, or removed as necessary.
AP8.1.1. Security Assistance and Security Cooperation Program Structure. Each program listed in Table AP8.T3. adheres to a standard format. The template areas are defined in Table AP8.T1.
