Assignment of Program Code "V6" to track Fiscal Year (FY) 2016 Funds Provided for the Global Security Contingency Fund (GSCF), African Peacekeeping Rapid Response Partnership (APRRP), DSCA Policy 16-15 [SAMM E-Change 302]

Effective immediately, Program Code "V6" is assigned to track FY 2016 funds provided to conduct or support a program or programs under GSCF APRRP. Section 551 of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended, authorizes peacekeeping activities under GSCF APRRP. This program is funded with monies from the GSCF via an Interagency Agreement with the Department of State under the authority of Section 632(b) of Foreign Assistance Act of 1961. Management and execution of FY 2016 (V6) programs will comply with guidance provided in the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), Chapter 15.

The SAMM Table C4.T2, Country and International Organization Codes and FMS Eligibility, is updated as follows:

Funding associated with V6 LOAs will be fully expended and V6 cases will be reconciled and closed as soon as possible.
