Defense Security Cooperation Agency Policy Memorandum 22-80, Assignment of Program Code "TA" to track Fiscal Year 2022/2023 Two-Year Operation and Maintenance Funding Provided for the Coalition Readiness Support Program [SAMM E-Change 604]

Program code "TA" is assigned to track Fiscal Year (FY) 2022/2023 Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Defense-wide funds appropriated under the Coalition Support Fund (CSF) and designated for the Coalition Readiness Support Program (CRSP). CRSP activities are authorized by Section 1233 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NOAA) for FY 2008 (Public Law (P.L.) 110-81), as most recently amended by the NOAA for FY 2022 (P.L. 117-81), and are funded under Division C of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2022 (P.L. 117-103). The policy in the attachment is incorporated into the DSCA Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) at https://samm.dsca.mil.

Instructions for preparation of "TA" LOA documents are found in the SAMM Table C15.T5. Standard notes applicable to BPC programs are found in the SAMM Appendix 6, LOA Notes Listing. Funding associated with "TA" LOAs will be fully expended and cases will be reconciled and closed no later than two months before the funds cancellation date. See SAMM Section C15.6. for complete closure guidance.
