DSCA Policy Memo 21-100, Establish Program Codes "KL" for Curacao, "TB" for Saint-Barthelemy, and "RN" for Saint-Martin, and list Program Codes "MH" for Montserrat and "QN" for Sint Maarten in SAMM Table C4.T2A. has been posted.

Effective immediately, program codes “KL” for Curacao, “TB” for Saint-Barthelemy, and “RN” for Saint-Martin, are assigned to track nationally-funded programs executed and reimbursed by the United States Coast Guard under section 607 of the Foreign Assistance Act, as amended. In addition to including these new program codes in SAMM Table C4.T2A., previously-established program codes under the section 607 authority, “MH” for Montserrat and “QN” for Sint Maarten, will also be added to the table for tracking purposes.

This memo adds all 5 listed codes to Table C4.T2A. - Security Cooperation (SC) Customer and Regional Codes and FMS Eligibility.
