DSCA Policy Memo 22-24, Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) Delegation of Authority to the Implementing Agencies to Sign Letters of Offer and Acceptance has been posted.

This memorandum delegates signature authority to Directors of the IAs. This will enable IA Directors to sign Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs) with foreign governments, including amendments and modifications, executed under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Title IO Building Partnership Capacity (BPC) programs.
