DSCA Policy Memo 16-40 Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), Administrative Changes has been posted.

The purpose of E-SAMM updates is to ensure the E-SAMM is current and reflects the latest policy changes in the realm of Security Cooperation/Security Assistance. DSCA conducts these updates quarterly for non-administrative additions, deletions, or changes; and as needed with minor administrative changes.
