DSCA Policy Memo 16-27 Temporary NATO+ Status for Jordan with Regard to Certain Requirements of the Arms Export Control Act of 1976 (AECA) has been posted.
The United States-Jordan Defense Cooperation Act of 2015 [PL 114-124], which became effective on February 18, 2016, requires that during a three-year period beginning from the date of enactment, Jordan will be treated as if it were included with the NATO+five countries with regard to a variety of requirements of the AECA.
