Web and Print Text Size

The SAMM font and print display is dependent on the default font, size, and zoom/magnification level set on your web browser. Below are some general areas to check in Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox to reset or modify the on-screen and print display of the SAMM.

Additionally, the SAMM team is working to address general display and formatting issues, and work them into the upcoming redesign of the SAMM website. This redesign is to align the look and feel of the SAMM with the overall style and appearance of the parrent DSCA.mil site.

 

There are two areas to check in Internet Explorer that can modify the on-screen and print font sizes. These are the Page Zoom and the Text Size menu options both found in the Page menu.

Step 1 :Ensure that the Page Zoom is set to 100%.

Step 2 :Set/Select that the Text Size is set to Medium or Larger.

There are two areas to check in Google Chrome that can modify the on-screen font sizes. These are the Page Zoom and the Text Size menu options both found in the Page menu. Print page scaling is handled in the Print options.

Step 1 :Ensure that the Page Zoom and Font Size are is set:

Scroll down the available settings until you see the “Appearance” settings. Set the Font Size as Medium or Large. Ensure that the Page Zoom is set to 100%.

Step 2: When printing, ensure that the Scale is set to 100.

There are two areas to check in Mozilla Firefox that can modify the on-screen and print font sizes. These are the Page Zoom and the Page Scale on the print screen options.

Step 1 :Ensure that the on-screen Page Zoom is set to 100%:

Step 2 : When printing, ensure that the Page Scale is set to 100%:
