DSCA Policy Memo 24-07, Communications Security Letter of Offer and Acceptance Note Change for Communications and Information Security Memorandum of Agreement Nations Joining North Atlantic Treaty Organization has been posted.

This memorandum provides guidance to the Combatant Commands (CCMDs) and the Implementing Agencies (IA) on the transfer of Communications Security (COMSEC) materials for new North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) members.

There are no SAMM Changes as a result of this Policy Memo.
