This memo is a clarification of DSCA Policy Memo 13-29, and is to further define pricing for full-time versus part-time employees.

DSCA Policy Memo 13-40, The Foreign Military Sales Trust Fund Administrative Surcharge Account Handbook for the Security Cooperation Organization (SCO) has been posted.

This memorandum supersedes DSCA Policy 01-19, and provides supplemental financial guidance to the SCO community not found in the ESAMM.
