"This Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) is in support of Euro-North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Joint Jet Pilot Training (ENJJPT) Program, as amended, dated 9 December 1980, as authorized under the provisions of section 21(g) of the Arms Export Control Act (AECA) (22 U.S.C. 2761(g)). Administrative surcharges, to include any Small Case Management line (SCML) value, totaling [insert dollar value] are waived on this LOA and are not reimbursed as set out in the Deputy Secretary of Defense (DEPSECDEF) Memorandum dated 11 October 1979."
