Mandatory for Section 333 (10 U.S.C. 333) Building Partner Capacity (BPC) Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs) and Amendments, as well as Modifications for programs developed using the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) case module that provide training only, with no equipment being provided. This note does not apply to BPC LOAs developed in the DSAMS BPC Module (DSAMS-BPC).
