This memo revises Table C4.T2D. - Security Cooperation (SC) Customer and Regional Codes and FMS Eligibility (Regions) to add the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), and updates Table C4.T2A. - Security Cooperation (SC) Customer and Regional Codes and FMS Eligibility to update East Timor to Timor-Leste.
