Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), Administrative Changes, Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) Policy 16-63, [SAMM E-Change 334]

This memorandum updates the SAMM with administrative changes. This memorandum does not contain substantive changes. DSCA will issue substantive changes to the SAMM under a separate policy memo/SAMM E-change. These administrative changes will be included in the online version of the SAMM at http://www.samm.dsca.mil.

Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), E-Change 334 Administrative Changes

  • C15.1.2.2 - The DSCA Case Writing Division (CWD) conducts a quality assurance review, prepares the final version of the LOA, and coordinates review and approval by DSCA and DoS, as required. See C5.4.13.11. for DoS requirements.
  • C15.1.3.1 - DoS(PM) approves each BPC LOA based on the daily State List report provided by DSCA CWD.
  • DSCA Memo 16-40 incorrectly references http://www.disam.dsca.mil/itm/. The correct address for the International Training Management website is: http://www.iscs.dsca.mil/pages/itm/
