As required by section 887(b)(1) of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2018 National Defense Authorization Act (Public law 115-91), the Office of the Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment, in coordination with DSCA and the IAs, has established new milestones and and standard timelines to track FMS acquisitions. This memo revises Chapter 6 - Foreign Military Sales Case Implementation and Execution and rescinds DSCA Policy 13-27 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Delivery Performance Metric.
