Update of Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) Table C4.T2., Country, International Organization, and Regional Codes and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Eligibility, DSCA Policy 10-31 [SAMM E-Change 163]

On September 7, 2009, the President determined that both the Maldives and the Economic Community of Central African States (ECCAS), are eligible to receive defense articles and services under the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended, and the Arms Export Control Act, as amended, in Presidential Determination Nos. 2009-25 and 2009-26, respectively.

 

 

  1. The Maldives' FMS eligibility,
  2. To establish a new FMS code for the ECCAS, and
  3. To establish a new FMS code for NAMEADSMA.
