DSCA Policy Memo 21-43, Military Articles and Service List (MASL) Standardization Process has been posted.

This memorandum updates Chapter 5 of the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) to establish roles, responsibilities, and timeline standards for processing MASL creation requests.

This memo adds the folowing to Chapter 5:

• C5.4.7.11. Military Articles and Services List (MASL) Requests. (and sub-sections),

• Table C5.T19. - General MASL Responsibilities SAMM, and

• Figure C5.F21. - MASL Form and Instruction Sheet
