DSCA Policy Memo 21-90, Mandatory Enhanced End-Use Monitoring (EEUM) physical security and accountability note for EEUM-designated Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), or UAS EEUM-designated components has been posted.
Effective immediately, this memorandum incorporates E-Change 563 into the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) by adding the EEUM-designated UAS or UAS EEUM-designated components in Appendix 6 of the SAMM. This change will require Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs) for the UAS or related components designated as enhanced to include the standard EEUM note.
