DSCA Policy Memo 24-45, Mandatory Enhanced End Use Monitoring Physical Security and Accountability Note for Enhanced End Use Monitoring-designated Tomahawk Weapon System has been posted.

Effective immediately, Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) Appendix 6 is updated by adding the standard Enhanced End Use Monitoring (EEUM) note for the EEUM-designated Tomahawk Weapon System. This change will require Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs) for the Tomahawk Weapon System to include the standard EEUM note.

This memo adds LOA Note Enhanced End Use Monitoring-Designated Tomahawk Weapon System Standard Physical Security and Accountability Note to Appendix 6.
