Defense Security Cooperation Agency Policy Memorandum 25-05, Netherlands Update to Appendix 7, Chapter 3, Table 1 [SAMM E-Change 743]

Effective immediately, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) is updated to remove the Unliquidated Obligations threshold for the Netherlands. SAMM Appendix 7, Chapter 3, Table 1 provides a list of countries participating in the accelerated case closure procedure. The policy in the attachment is incorporated into the DSCA SAMM at https://samm.dsca.mil/.
