DSCA Policy Memo 25-04 Establishment of the Common Access Card-Enabled SAMM Site has been posted.

This memorandum establishes the Common Access Card (CAC)-Enabled SAMM (https://dod365.sharepoint-mil.us/sites/OSDDSCA-CUI-SAMM/). The site will serve as a distribution portal for Policy Memos and Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) guidance up to the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) level that cannot be distributed via the public SAMM website (https://samm.dsca.mil/).

This memo moves “Table C8.T4. Defense Articles Designated for Enhanced End Use Monitoring for all Foreign Military Sales-eligible Countries” and 43 Country/Partner specific Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) notes to the CAC-Enabled SAMM site.
