DSCA Policy Memo 25-115 Assignment of Semi-Permanent Program Code “WD” for the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative - Prioritized Ukraine Requirements List, to Track Funding Beginning in Fiscal Year 25 to Support the Building Partner Capacity Long Term Solution has been posted.

The semi-permanent program code “WD” is assigned to track funds under the authority of the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative (USAI) – Prioritized Ukraine Requirements List (PURL) as established in Section 1250 of the DoD Appropriations Act, 2016 (P.L. 114-92) and amended by Section 8148 of the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2024 (P.L. 118-47) to allow for contributions from foreign governments and other entities with a two-year period of availability.

This memo:

• Adds Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative (USAI) - Prioritized Ukraine Requirements List (PURL) to Table C4.T2B. Security Cooperation Customer and Regional Codes and Foreign Military Sales Eligibility (DSCA/Defense Finance and Accounting Service Reserved)
