DSCA Policy Memo 26-27 Allowable Item Changes on Case Modifications has been posted.

Effective immediately, this memorandum updates policy to allow items to be updated on a Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) Modification when there is no change in scope with the defense article or service, including no change in the capability and classification.
