SAMM Table C4.T2A. is updated to add Security Cooperation Customer Code and reflect the eligibility status of the Board of Peace per Presidential Determination No. 2026-06 “Eligibility of the Board of Peace to Receive Defense Articles and Defense Services Under the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 and the Arms Export Control Act.”

This memo adds code LP to Table C4.T2A. Security Cooperation Customer and Regional Codes and Foreign Military Sales Eligibility
