DSCA Policy Memo 26-48 Waivers to Nonrecurring Cost Recoupment Charge Policy Update has been posted.

Effective immediately, this memorandum incorporates guidance in Chapter 9 of the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) to update procedures and guidelines on waivers for a portion of Nonrecurring Cost (NC) recoupment charge, also referred to as NC charge.
