Updated List - Accelerated Case Closure Procedures (ACCP) Participants (DSCA 02-08)

This memorandum is to advise you of the following countries/organizations that are now included in the ACCP program. ACCP now governs all cases for these countries, whether already closed, currently implemented, or prospective:

Request your organization ensure that the FMS system(s) you maintain are updated to reflect this revised information. Likewise, DSCA will ensure that DSAMS is updated as appropriate. Request DFAS transfer all cases already closed directly from 'C1' (non-participant) to 'C3' (ACCP final) status.

Attached is a master roster of all ACCP participants. Wide dissemination of this roster is highly encouraged.
