Interim Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) Changes - Update to Table 600-1 DSCA Policy 02-33)

Effective immediately, SAMM Table 600-1 (Country and International Organization Information) is updated to indicate that Angola (currently under restrictions), Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Tajikistan are eligible for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and the Bahamas, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Canada, Cuba, Mexico, and Turks & Caicos now fall under the new U.S. Northern Command's area of responsibility. The U.S. Southern Command retains responsibility for security cooperation as noted in the table. The Organization of African Unity has also been updated to reflect the organization's name change to the African Union (AU). The following information applies:
