Update of Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) Table C4.T2C., Country, International Organization, and Regional Codes and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Eligibility, DSCA Policy 16-70 [SAMM E-Change 338]
Recent changes have resulted in a requirement for a new FMS code to be used for cases involving the NATO Support Agency and successor agencies. The NATO Support Agency operates under the auspices of the NATO Support Organization. A legislative change in process is intended to recognize a change in name to the NATO Support and Procurement Organization. This will be a successor organization to the NATO Support Organization. The NATO Support and Procurement Agency will operate under the NATO Support and Procurement Organization and will be a successor agency to the NATO Support Agency.
Accordingly, SAMM Table C4.T2C., Country, International Organization, and Regional Codes and FMS Eligibility, is updated as below to establish a new FMS code for NATO Support Agency and successor agencies.
|NATO Support Agency and successor agencies||W7||EU||EUR||Yes||No|
