Assignment of Program Code "DM" track Fiscal Year (FY) 2020/2021 Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO) Funds Provided for the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative (USAI), DSCA Policy 20-10 [SAMM E-Change 472]

Effective immediately, the following program code "DM" is assigned to track Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative (USAI) programs executed pursuant to Section 1250 of the National Defense Authorization Act for FY 2016 (P.L. 114-92) as amended. Funds for code "DM" are provided under Division A of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2020 (P.L. 116-93) and will remain available for obligation until September 30, 2021.

Instructions for preparation of "DM" Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) documents are found in the SAMM, Table C15.T5. Standard notes applicable to BPC programs are found in the SAMM, Appendix 6, LOA Notes Listing. Funding associated with of "DM" LOAs will be fully expended and "DM" cases will be reconciled and closed two months before the funds cancellation date.
