Assignment of Program Code "FH" to track Fiscal Year (FY) 2021/2022 Operation and Maintenance Defense-wide Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO) Funding Provided for the Coalition Readiness Support Program (CRSP), Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) Policy 21-48 (SAMM E-Change 535)

Effective immediately, program code "FH" is assigned to track FY 2021/2022 Operation and Maintenance Defense-wide OCO funds appropriated under the Coalition Support Funds and designated for the CRSP. Funds were provided by Division C of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (Public Law 116-260) and remain available for obligation until September 30, 2022. Activities under CRSP are authorized by Section 1233 of the FY 2008 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) (Public Law 110-181), as amended most recently by Section 1211 of the FY 2021 NDAA (Public Law 116-283).

Instructions for preparation of "FH" LOA documents are found in the SAMM, Table C15.T5. Standard notes applicable to BPC programs are found in the SAMM, Appendix 6, LOA Notes Listing. Funding associated with "FH" LOAs will be fully expended and "FH" cases will be reconciled and closed two months before the funds cancellation date.
