Security Assistance Management Manual Policy Memorandum 22-52, Establish Program Code "JU" for the Joint Ukrainian Multinational Program - Services, Training and Articles Rapid Timeline (JUMPSTART) Fund, [SAMM E-Change 587]

Effective immediately, program code "JU" is established for the Joint Ukrainian Multinational Program - Services, Training and Articles Rapid Timeline (JUMPSTART) Fund for Foreign Military Sales Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs) that are funded by donations from third party foreign countries. C4.T2. is updated per the attachment.

Third Party countries will contact DSCA (Office of Business Operations, Financial Policy & Regional Execution Directorate (OBO/FPRE)) for information for establishing the funds for this effort via wire transfer. The Government of Ukraine will submit Letters of Request with Terms of Sale of "Cash with Acceptance" and indicate that the code JU will be used instead of UP.
