Security Assistance Management Manual Policy Memorandum 22-56, Assignment of Program Code "HC" to track Fiscal Year 2022/2023 Funding for Global Peacekeeping Operations [SAMM E-Change 591]

Effective immediately, program code "HC" is assigned to track FY 2022/2023 funds for Peacekeeping Operations and the Global Peacekeeping Operations Initiative (GPOI) appropriated by the Department of State (State), Foreign Operations, and Related Program Appropriations Act (Division K, P.L. 117-103).

Instructions for preparation of "HC" Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) documents are found in the SAMM, Table C15.T5. Standard notes applicable to BPC programs are found in the SAMM, Appendix 6, LOA Notes Listing. Funding associated with "HC" LOAs will be fully expended and cases will be reconciled and closed two months before the funds cancellation date.
