Defense Security Cooperation Policy Memorandum 23-51, Update of Program Codes "UB," "UC," "HC," and "HD." [SAMM E-Change 648]
Effective immediately, program codes "HD" and "UC" for Peacekeeping Operations (PKO), Global, and PKO, Africa, respectively, are updated in C15.T2. to clarify that the funding identified by these codes and appropriated under the Consolidated Appropriations Act, FY 2023 (P.L. 117-328) is available for two years (Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 and FY 2024). Program codes "HC" and "UB", PKO Global and PKO Africa, respectively, are updated to include funds appropriated by P.L. 117-328 with a one year period of availability. The policy in the attachment is incorporated into the DSCA Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) at https://samm.dsca.mil/.
