Defense Security Cooperation Agency Policy Memorandum 23-76, Updates to Security Assistance Management Manual Chapter 5, Figure 5 [SAMM E-Change 670].

Effective immediately, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) is updated to reverse some of the changes made in DSCA Policy Memorandum 22-82, entry 7. The changes made to C5.F5. for Type of Assistance Codes "M," "N," and "Z" are causing Foreign Military Sales case execution issues. This issue will be researched further, and updates will be made as required. The policy in the attachment is incorporated into the DSCA Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) at https://samm.dsca.mil/.
