Defense Security Cooperation Agency Policy Memorandum 26-51, Update of Security Cooperation Customer Code "CY" Eligibility Listing for the Republic of Cyprus [SAMM E-Change 827]

SAMM Table C4.T2A. is updated to reflect the eligibility status of the Republic of Cyprus per Presidential Determination No. 25-03 "Presidential Determination on Eligibility of the Republic of Cyprus To Receive Defense Articles and Defense Services Under the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 and the Arms Export Control Act." The policy in the attachment is incorporated into the DSCA SAMM at https://samm.dsca.mil.
