Defense Security Cooperation Agency Policy Memorandum 26-88, Inclusion of Sweden to the List of North Atlantic Treaty Organization Reciprocal Agreement Participants [SAMM E-Change 857]
This memorandum adds Sweden to Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) Table C10.T14. North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Reciprocal Agreement Participants. Having ratified NATO Standardization Agreement 6025 ("Financial Principles and Procedures for the Provision of Support and the Establishment of Multinational Agreements") on April 22, 2026, Sweden qualifies for reduced training rates on its Foreign Military Sales cases. This memorandum is effective immediately. The policy in the attachment is incorporated into the DSCA SAMM at https://samm.dsca.mil.
