Defense Security Cooperation Agency Policy Memorandum 26-91, Update Generic Code B1D for Appendix 4 [SAMM E-Change 859]

Effective immediately, this memorandum updates Generic Code B1D from "Mauler" to "RAZR" within the Generic Code listing in SAMM Appendix 4, Budget Activity Code: "B - Missiles." Mauler was an anti-aircraft missile system that started development in 1960 for the U.S. Army, but the Generic Code B1D has not been used on any MASL. With the need for a new ground launched missile Generic Code for a U.S. Air Force RAZR precision guided missile, and all other ground launched missile Generic Codes being used, B1D is associated with RAZR.
