DSCA Policy Memo 22-61, Mandatory Note for all "JU" (Joint Ukraine Multinational Program - Services, Training and Articles Rapid Timeline (JUMPSTART)) Letter of Offer and Acceptance has been posted.

The purpose of this memorandum is to incorporate a new note to Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs) with the program code "JU". In accordance with reference (a), program code "JU" is established for the JUMPSTART Fund for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) LOAs that are funded by donations from third party foreign countries.

This adds the Joint Ukraine Multinational Program - Services, Training, and Articles Rapid Timeline (JUMPSTART) note to Appendix 6.
