May 12, 2022	DSCA Policy Memo 22-19, Clarification to Department of Defense Appropriated Building Partner Capacity (BPC) Contract Administration Service (CAS) Policy has been posted. This memorandum provides clarifying guidance for the specific requirements for CAS activities in support of Title 10 (T10) BPC cases. Beginning October 1, 2021 (FY22), all CAS are to be directly charged to a line and case. This memo updates section C15.3.1.1. Title 10 Building Partner Capacity Accounting Interim Solution and section C15.3.1.2. Title 10 BPC Accounting Interim Solution Authority/Program Guidance.
