October 25, 2023	DSCA Policy Memo 23-59, Updates to the Major Non-North Atlantic Treaty Organization Allies Security Assistance Management Manual Entries has been posted. Effective immediately, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) is updated to ensure the list of Major Non-North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Allies (MNNAs) is current as designated in accordance with 22 U.S.C. 2321k, and 22 U.S.C. 2403. This will update the SAMM glossary to list the MNNA countries and add the Department of State, Bureau of Political-Military Affairs Major Non-NATO Ally Status Fact Sheet reference. This memo updates the glossary entry for "Major Non-North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Allies (MNNA)", Section C4.4.9. M-833 and Comparable Depleted Uranium Rounds, and Row 13 of A5.1. - DSCA Reporting Requirements (Congressional).
