Effective immediately the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) is updated to incorporate the guidance outlined in Office of the Secretary of Defense, Pricing of Defense Articles Sold via Foreign Military Sales from Stock, 30 April 2024.

This memo updates C9.3.1.1. Recovery of Cost and adds Section C9.4.8. Defense Articles Sold via Foreign Military Sales from Stock (and subsections).
