DSCA Policy Memo 24-37, Update Special Nonrecurring Cost Charge for F-35 A/B/C Aircraft and Engines has been posted.

The attached Finding approves the revised nonrecurring cost (NC) and special NC recoupment pro rata charges for the sale, coproduction, or licensed production of the items shown on the Finding table.

This memo updates Appendix 1 - USML 8 - Aircraft and Associated Equipment.
