DSCA Policy Memo 25-91 Chapter 10 Expanded International Military Education and Training and Administrative Updates has been posted.

This memorandum updates the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) to decrease the frequency of DSCA review and certification of Expanded International Military Education and Training (E-IMET) courses and clarifies the description of E-IMET objectives to improve consistency with the Foreign Assistance Act, Section 541 (22 U.S.C. 2347).
