DSCA Policy Memo 26-61 International Military Education and Training Funded Student Medical Costs has been posted.

This memorandum updates the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) to incorporate policy on International Military Education and Training (IMET) funded student emergency medical costs. This policy establishes a tiered financial accountability structure for unpaid emergency medical bills for International Military Students (IMS).
