DSCA Policy Memo 26-75 Foreign Military Sales Metrics Security Assistance Management Manual Update has been posted.

This memorandum updates SAMM Chapter 3, Chapter 5, Chapter 6, Chapter 7, and Chapter 16 with substantive changes and guidance pertaining to Foreign Military Sales (FMS) metrics, in accordance with the references. It also introduces Appendix 11, which summarizes authoritative FMS metrics in a single location in furtherance of the requirement to achieve greater speed, transparency, and accountability in FMS.
