June 29 - July 12 2012	DSCA Policy Memo 12-37 Rescission of the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Small Case Management Line (SCML) has been posted. Based on the analysis conducted by DSCA on the effectiveness of the application of the Small Case Management Line to small dollar Letters of Offer and Acceptance, it has been determined that the initiative has served its purpose. Due to this memo: Chapter 6, C6.8.4.2. Case Closures at Reduced or $0 Value and C6.9.1. Purchaser-Requested Case Cancellations have been updated. Chapter 9, section C9.4.7. Small Case Management Line (SCML) through C9.4.7.5.4. has been updated. This updated and renumbered previous sections C9.4.6.3. through C9.4.6.7.4. Appendix 6, Letter of Offer and Acceptance Note Small Case Management Line (SCML) has been updated. A correction was made to DSCA Policy Memo 07-07. The memo had incorrectly stated that it superseded DSCA 06-26. It intended to supersede DSCA 06-39. The memo status marks have been corrected and DSCA 07-07 has been amended to correct this error.
