DSCA Policy Memo 12-23 RQ-4 Global Hawk, Revise Nonrecurring Cost (NC) Charges has been posted. DSCA Policy Memo 11-35, dated May 27, 2011 is superseded and Appendix 1, Table VIII - Aircraft, Spacecraft and Associated Equipment Aircraft has been updated.

Appendix 6 has been updated to include a previously missing LOA note, Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) - Category III Missile.
