DSCA Policy Memo 14-27, Reduction to the Foreign Military Sales Contract Administrative Services Surcharge Rate and Rate Structure has been posted.

Based on the analysis conducted by DSCA on the Contract Administrative Services Cost Clearing account, a modest reduction is made to the rate and rate structure from 1.5% to 1.2%.
